4) Heaps of training at E pace (~4:50)
IF I am to do the above THEN I will have to earn the right to train at these paces by running
5k in ~18:30
10k in ~ 38:10
Half in ~ 84:30
IF I am to do the above, THEN I will need to do:
1) Some training at T pace (4:07)
2) Quite a bit of training at I pace (3:48)
3) Heaps of training at E pace (~5:00-5:10)
Simple.
My Mantra will be: SCG:
Speed - 1 and sometimes two faster sessions a week
Consistency - 70-90k per week and
Going Long - every weekend if possible. Very rarely over 2.5 hours
