Training continues to go well:
12k running on Wednesday in 58:12 @ 4:52 (159)
35k cycling on Thursday in 1:25 @ 24.9 (151). Rode home the long way through Seaforth, Wakehurst Parkway, Beacon Hill, Cromer and Dee Why. Felt really good - very strong and more comfortable in the tri bars. Rode straight to the pool where I did 1.5k. 500m splits were 11:00, 11:20 and 11:40 - faded towards the end but did my best to hold form (well - my crap form anyway).
Another easy 10k today in 54 mins.
Long ride tomorrow. Need to do 99k of cycling, 5k of running and 300m swimming over the weekend to do an Ironman for the week - I think I can do it!
BTW - Yes Ewen, I have a bit to update on the sidebar - it is getting a little out of date!

I was thinking that you are looking very skinny - um, I mean lean - but then again I've never seen you in lycra before ;-P
