It is really great when you are in the off season that when you don't want to train, you don't have to.
Since Sydney marathon I have been really enjoying doing some riding and swimming on top of a bit of running. I don't have a program, I just go when I feel like it and when I have time. I don't feel guilty when I sleep in or have a hamburger - it's great.
I have had a big week at work and this weekend have enjoyed just lounging around. I was going to do CR 5k challenge yesterday but couldn't get out of bed and I was going to do Nepean Triathlon this morning, but it all got too hard (probably for the best anyway).
Will see how I feel this arvo, and will probably go for a quick ride and do a few laps of North Head.
