Brick session


Went out for a quick 30k ride this afternoon with a 3k run afterwards.

Did three laps of North head in 11:08, 11:01 and 10:52. Averaged 23km/hr for the ride which was good - feeling stronger with each ride.

The 3k run was something new. I ran at 5:00 min ks at HR averaged 163 which is very high. Very weird running after riding. It took the first couple of k's to get going.

mate - good to see you getting in to those brick sessions. They're great for you (I don't do enough of them) and actually really improve your leg strength for your running.
