Tue - 13k run to work
Wed - corporate cup PB of 23:05 - woo hoo!
Thur - rest
Fri - 13k run to work
Sat - 15k around Manly
sun rest
Total - 59k for the week.
Worked late 4 of 5 nights this week so very tired. And another big week next week is expected. Not ideal build up to a marathon.
Very happy with the PB on Wednesday and another confidence booster for the sub 3. Nothing more to do now other than try and get some rest.
