After a good week last week, this week was a shocker. The week started off with a gastro bug, then Uni exam and work was crazy. The up shot was only 2 runs - 9k easy on Friday and 25k on Saturday.
The 25k run was a good final long run with Ben. 5k easy (4:47), 5k at threshold (3:57), 5k easy (5:00), 5k threshold (3:57) and 5k easy (4:54). The 2nd rep was hard yet comfortable. I had a couple of gels, so no bonking and felt very good afterwards. Good confidence builder, even though it was only 34k for the week.
