Mon - 10k cahill expressway run
Tues - 10k easy around Anzac Bridge Loop
Wed - 4 x 1k intervals in 3:35-3:40
Thur - 8k easy around Opera House
Fri - 26k long run around balgowlah, Manly to Spit, North Head. Ran into Flakey.
Sat - 10k with Adam in pram to Shelley Beach
Sun - Easy 5k in Bilpin and 10k in the evening to Shelley with 5k threshold in 20:50
87k for the week. Perfect week trainibng with an I (Interval) session, T (threshold) session and a long run. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to do more exploring in the Bilpin area. The 5k run showed bush as far as the eye could see in all directions.
Feeling really strong. The cruising pace has increased to around 4:50 min/k.
After 2 weeks of trying to lose weight, the scales finally started to move reducing from 74.4 to 73.2 this week - target is < 72.0kg.
Finished off the long weekend with 14k, so 65k for the 4 days.
