Not really the year I was looking for km wise. I had a bad start to the year due to sickness and injury. The running k's dropped last in the year as cycling and swimming increased.
Surprisingly, I managed PB's from 5k to Half marathon (inc C2S). My best run of the year was probably the 39:23 10k at Nth Head in September in really crap conditions (cold, wind & rain).
