But anyway...
Lots of cycling this week. In fact my biggest week ever which included my longest ride ever!
Mon: 15k in 30:49 on windtrainer
Tues: 30k in 1:24 @ 21.2 (147) - to work with loops around Zoo etc.
Wed: 20k in 54:23 @ 22.2 (154) - home from work
Thurs: 15k in 40:22 @ 21.6 (146) - home to work
Fri: 18k in 50:44 @ 22.2 (153) - home from work
Sat: 103k in 4:18 @ 23.9 (149)
Total: 201k
Today's ride did not start well at all. I was really tired and the legs were really heavy. I gave up and stopped at Church Point for a coffee. I sat in front of the water and daydreamed for 15-20 mins - it was such a lovely morning. I decided to cut short the ride and head home. However, the coffee and sit down must have done me the world of good because I perked up and felt 100% in no time. Funnily enough, as the ride went on I felt better and better. I did the Akuna Bay loop and then headed up to Terry Hills. It was a pretty strong northerly so I flew home. I was feeling good so I did a lap of Nth Head to get the ride over 100k and the total for the week over 200k.

good to see you looking fit mate! and keep up with the city cycling. It's certainly worth it, and people are just going to have to get used to us one day :(
And congrats on the Canberra effort too!
Nice work Chris! Glad to see at least one of our bikes isn't gathering dust ;-)
Going by the photos, it certainly was a lovely morning - Sydney at it's best. With views like that, how could there be pain?!
