I was planning to head out with Paul, however he pulled out due to his wife being in labour. Bronte was born at 7:22am, just as I was setting out so probably good that he didn't join me ;-)
Absolutely beautiful day and I had a lot of fun out there. All up - 77k in 3:11 @ 24.1 (151). I am definitely not as fit as I was in November, but not too far off.
140k cycling for the week and 8k running.

Hey I went for a ride down Akuna Bay on Sunday and considered the turn-off to West Head, but gave it a miss in the end. Weirdly enough I was wearing exactly the same cycling jersey as you! Glorious day huh?
