- sixfoot <4:50
- marathon <3:05
- ~100k finish (hopefully PMC)
- Half Ironman <5:30
This being said I have realised in the last year that I am not really that competitive and am not too fussed by specific time goals at all. For example, I will bust my back side to do all I can to break 4:50 at sixfoot, but all I really care about is being there on the day and having a beer at end.

Great goals, Hamburglar.
I notice you don't have any 5k, 10k, or even marathon goals. You've made a great strides in improving these times in 2007.
All the best

Even if not important, it's good to show your time goals if you like competing.
I don't know what's 'good' for a HIM, but the 6' and marathon goals look achievable.
Hope the new burger-free diet has been going well.
Some solid goals there mate, I think it is good that you have set goals for longer runs, that seems to be your forte. But you can't have beers anymore mate - not based on your last post. It's all ionised water and liquid clorophyl fo you my friend
