Mileage was well in front of last year for the 1st half of the year however from August I started cycling and swimming in prep for Half Ironman in Dec. For the record, these yearly totals were: cycling 2422km and swimming 57km.
2007 Highlights were sixfoot in 5:01, going sub 40 for 10k and sub 90 for the half as well as completing canberra HIM (6:12).
Lowlight was getting quite sick in lead up to Cities marathon (3:21) and wasting a good chance to go sub 3:10
