A good week of training

After the long run on monday I tried to do a recovery run on Tuesday. The problem was it was so bloody cold I had to keep the pace up to keep warm. 5k in 25:26 @ 5:11 (151).

Wednesday was a threshold session. Normal Anzac brdge/Glebe run including 5k in 21:32 @ 4:15 (178). Total was 9k in 42:00 @ 4:40 (166).

Thursday I ran with inhisshadow to Wooloomooloo and back. Got soaked with rain and a bit of nipple damage (yow!). Inhisshadow is really starting to get fit - the improvement in his pace/HR is amazing. All up 14k in 73 mins (guess) @ 5:13 (149).

Today was a rest day.

Doing a long run on Monday is great for weekly k's - 58k already and it isn't even the weekend!

BTW - 6 weeks to Cities.

Try running in the Southern Highlands if you really want to know what cold is!!
