I have also done 468k on the bike this year (and 2k swimming!).

5k recovery run on Monday and 8k easy yesterday. I was meant to do an interval set today, however I didn't get a chance to get out of the office. Not too worried about missing a session this week, as keeping fresh for Sat is the key.

P.S. I think Mrs Hamburglar has been lost to Big Brother. I better get used to being a single parent for the next 3 months.
