There was once a peaceful town called Rock Ridge

Very peaceful morning, this morning. It wasn't a Saturday (or a Sunday) but it felt like it. I am voting that we should have Wednesday off every week!

Due to the bung knee, I have tried not to run two days in a row for a while, but I thought I would give it a test today with a long run. Yesterday's run - 10k in 48:36 @ 5:06 (154) felt really good and the knee didn't give me any trouble. I ran the Anzac bridge loop and felt strong the whole way.

The plan today was to take it really easy and just enjoy the run. I had made my mind up last night that I would run even if it was pouring. Thankfully it only showered off and on.

I did the run to Narrabeen and around the lake. It's a top run around the lake, you just feel miles away from everything. If the council fix up a few bits it could be "The bay Run" of the northern beaches.

Having not done a long run since sixfoot, I was happy that I got through realitively comfortbly. Details were: 28k in 2:35 @ 5:35 (150). The knee is a little tender tonight, but nothing too bad.
