Tree Trunks

A good week of training this week. For most of it though, my legs felt like tree truncks due to the fast 85k cycle on Sunday.

Mon: 8k run around the city
Tues: 1k swim at Nth Sydney pool
Wed: 30k cycle commute
Thur: 8k run around the city and 1k swim at Manly pool
Fri: 30k cycle commute
Sat: 1.5k swim at Freshy rock pool
Sun: 29k run with inhisshadow around Narrabeen Lakes at apx 5:30 pace

Got back into the wetsuit yesterday and it still fits and makes swimming a lot more fun!

All up 46k run, 60 cycle and 3.5k swim for the week.

This week will be an easy week with JP Morgan on Wednesday Night and Nepean Triathlon on Sunday. Last year I did 2:03, so it will be nice to break 2 hours, however I can't see it happening.

I will probably be going for around 15, so its the least you can do. ;)

That's great news about the wetsuit.

Have fun and it might happen - going into a race with a relaxed attitude usually helps. Say g'day to Plu for me.
