I had a reasonable 7 days the week before last and even better this week. After putting it off for a while I got in the pool twice. It wasn't pretty. The 1st time out I could really only hold 100m reps. The next time was a bit better with 5 x 200m with a rest in between. A little disheartening, but with 5 weeks till Nepean, I should be able to make the distance (1k). I had a nice run on Sunday morning around Narrabeen lakes considering the possibilities of Sportsman's ultra around the lake, mmm...
Mon - 8k around the city
Tues - cycle commute to and from work - 30k
Wed - Corp cup in 24:05
Thur - 10k Anzac Bridge Loop
Fri - 1k swim and 4k run
Sat - 5k run (with pram) at Northern Beaches 5k challenge and 1k swim
Sun - 25k in about 2:20 (apx 5:30)
Total - run 60k, bike 30k and swim 2k
