This week I kept moving but no significant sessions. Swimming is a little better as I put together 500m in a row on Sunday.
Mon - 30k ride to work (Hills around Mosman) and 15k ride home
Tues - 1.5k swim at Nth Sydney Pool
Wed - Rest (Had a bit of a sore throat)
Thurs - 10k run with 20 mins of Tempo
Fri - 15k ride to work
Sat - In Brisbane for Wedding
Sun - 15k ride home from work and a 1k swim
Total - 2.5/45/10
3 weeks to go to Nepean.
