I had a lot on this week and found it hard to find time for running. Most of the time I did but missed a session or two.
I actually was thinking all week that Striders 1ok was on this weekend - der. So instead, I did another interval session at Campbell Pde i.e. 4 x 1k (with 100 sec active recovery). Reps were done in:
3:44 (176)
3:46 (179)
3:41 (181) and
3:45 (183)
Good consistency again. The last one was tough.
This morning was Vauclause STAR. I ran with Paul, so therefore a little easy, however the run is pretty hilly. The legs were quite heavy from yesterday, but the HR was always low. Beautiful run with some gorgeous views. 28k in 2:57 @ 6:15 (137)

Wed - 10k to Shelley Beach (no watch)
Thur - 8k in 39:17 @ 4:54 (156) - Opera House
Fri - Rest
Sat - 9k intervals - Campbell Pde
Sun - 28k in 2:57 @ 6:15 (137) - Vauclause STAR
Total for the week 64k
