Do you ever have deja vu Mrs. Lancaster?

Not much to report lately.

I have been struggling with sickness and a sore knee in the last two weeks. The pattern is:
  1. Feel pain in knee/start to feel fluey
  2. Take a couple of days off training
  3. Start to feel good again
  4. Go for a run
  5. Return to point 1
To say the least, it is quite frustrating. Times like these really make you thankful for the fit and healthy periods you do have to train you guts out. Hopefully the knee isn;t anything serious and I can still have a reasonable crack at SMH Half.

Look after yourself H. No point doing yourself injury now & interrupting your IM 2008 campaign later on :-)
